So Logan is going through a phase (I hope) of not wanting to eat the skin on apples. He also decided that he doesn't like the crust on bread. Today when I asked him if he was going to eat the crust parts of his Peanut Butter and Jelly sandwich, he said "No, it's too skin-y!"

ha, ha... "skin-y" I like that one. My girls call the crusts "tops" jsut in case they ever ask you to take the tops off. And liek that's bad... I hope they outgrow the phase... they prefer their sandwiches cut into a shape with a cookie cutter, a heart or pumpkin, whatever's in the drawer. I'm sure they will be the cool kid in elementary who has a ghost sandwich but by middle school... they'll be outcasted!
Yeah, I usually cut the sandwich into triangles so Logan can eat down to the crust, but yesterday I just cut the crust off and left it whole and he ate THREE whole sandwiches!
the crust on break shouldn't be eaten anyways.
